很理解lz的心情,希望猫猫可以堅強渡過這個難關.

以前看過一件龍猫早期流產的病例,詳情我忘記了,當時龍猫狀況很差,在陰道口找到帶血的軟組織,醫生先用抗生素控制炎症,因為抗生素會影響腸道功能,所以加用probiotic益生箘和愛寶的critical care.待龍猫病情穩定後,就做子宮切除術.

因為不知道宮腔內有沒有殘餘的胎盤組織,如果用baytril一段時間後,情況仍然沒改善,可能需要切除子宮.

如果有炎症,就要用抗生素,chinchilla很多時候都會用baytril,因為它是一種廣譜抗生素,但療程可能會長一點14至30天.要注意龍猫的胃口和多飲水,如果沒有critical care http://www.oxbowanimalhealth.com/vets/products/critical_care 可以用apd 的 critter be better digestive health http://www.americanpetdiner.com/ ... tegory_Code=Critter  (國內有人用) ,這兩種是給有病胃口差的龍猫吃,都含有益生箘.如果買不到,就盡量想法子要猫猫吃東西,可以用水把主粮泡軟,喂猫猫吃.另外,因為猫猫活動量減少和吃草少,要多按摩肚子.

有幾點想問一下:
1        “X光片示腹腔内有白色小圆点，为肠胀气，较严重.” 如果是氣體,看到的是黑色或深灰色.猫猫腹部是有脹氣,但好像不是很嚴重,很嚴重時,腹部是硬硬的,我看過有救回來的猫猫. X光片上的白色東西是高密度的物質,例如.骨頭,金屬等.
2        “做B超示子宫膨大，有积液.” 那麼宮腔壁是否平滑?有沒有胎盤殘餘組織?正常的子宮很小的,在盆腔,子宮前面是膀胱,檢查B超時,你在場嗎?
3        猫猫拍X光片和B超時,是不是做了麻醉,麻醉藥會影響猫猫的腸蠕動和胃口,可能需要幾天才能恢復過來.用聽診器聽聽腹部,可以粗略估計腸道情況.
4        “恩诺沙星可能或造成幼年骨关节病变，不能哺乳”,其實母猫子宮積膿有惡露,就不應該哺乳,有可能引起小猫眼睛發炎.母猫會清潔pp,也會清潔小猫.
5        有沒有驗血,看看炎症程度.
6        有沒有量體溫,子宮積膿會發燒.我最近嘗試用耳溫計幫家裡的幾隻龍猫量體溫,現在是很初步的嘗試,溫度不一定準確,耳朵的耳溫計讀數是35.1-35.8度,正常的肛溫是36-38度.你家裡有幾隻龍猫,可以比較一下,耳溫計要固定好,探頭要塞進一點.多試幾次,找一個穩定的讀數.
7        看猫猫剃毛後的照片,我覺得牠眼睛有神,而且会回到育婴笼前,不像病重.病重的猫猫一般都閉眼趴在地板上.
8        沒有外傷,為什麼要用伊莉莎白项圈?

Bactericidal, broad-spectrum antibiotic once touted as being the miracle drug for mycoplasma, but we've found that using the recommended dose, symptoms return very soon after ending treatment (although some rat owners report having excellent results). Better results have been achieved using much higher doses (as shown). Use in combination with Doxycycline for best results. Injectable form tastes horrible and must be mixed with something to make it palatable. Can also be nebulized. Relatively expensive. Prescription needed.
NOTE: Baytril shouldn't be used in rats under 3 months of age.

上次介紹給你的那本書不錯 manual of exotic pet practice ,是貴了點US$95 . http://books.google.com.hk/books ... e&q&f=false  ebook有些資料不讓看,例如: hematological and serum biochemical parameters of chinchilla.關於chinchilla P.487-P.491,都值得看.有時間可以看 Antimicrobial Therapy , TABLE 1B-2 (enrofloxacin/baytril  PO/SC/IM 5-15mg/kg q12h ) , Nutritional Support , OVARIOHYSTERECTOMY .
有些醫生用baytril,會從小劑量開始,特別是體質差或是過敏體質的龍猫,4-5天情況沒改善,才加大劑量,如果有需要就培養細菌.

你好認真,這本書是給獸醫用的手冊,海陸空的珍禽異獸都有.一般的龍猫書籍是沒有這些醫學上的資料,網上的資料雖然多,但沒有整合在一起,還有最怕找到一些錯的資料,那就慘了.

我沒你那麼認真,我是有需要才上網找資料.以前有看過龍猫的生化數據,那個網頁是關於小寵的實驗室資料,很悶的,所以我沒存起來.

不要給自己太大壓力,只要猫猫精神好,一切都會好起來.

上述的數據跟之前給你那個研究報告 http://www.scielo.br/scielo.php? ... 3-84782005000300017 有差異,我覺得是因為研究報告用的是Mean和95%Confidence Interval有關,當然有些數據是差得遠一點,eg. Red blood cell .還有上述的數據比較接近group 2的數據,即麻醉後抽血的結果,現實中有些獸醫是麻醉龍猫後抽血,有些就不用.

另外,今天看香港的論壇,看到一個促進拉便便的方法.那是一隻病重小天(不知道是不是大家說的天天),醫生叫護士追着天天跑,之後天天拉了很多便便.做這個運動時要注意室溫,還有适可而止,因為猫猫始終有病,而且吃的少,拉得也會少.

Baytril用於龍猫的副作用我暫時沒有找到,但Baytril用於猫狗中,沒說對腎會有副作用.用於rat就會有crystalluria結晶尿症,所以要多喝水.
